Board
The College is governed by the Board, who manage the business of the organisation. The Board meet four times a year, usually in March, May (virtual), July, and November.
Members of the Board include 10 elected members, one elected New Fellow Representative, a paediatric representative, a trainee representative, and where a region is not represented by an elected member, the Board may co-opt a representative. The elected members of the Board are Directors of the organisation and hold voting rights.
The term of office for a Board member is three years and if re-elected members can remain on the Board for up to 12 years.
