Every day our Fellow and trainees strive to deliver the best intensive care to each of their patients. In turn, we strive to support their capability to deliver this critical care. The College team is dedicated to excellent quality and service in all that we do. Whilst small, we deliver significant value to our members and the Intensive Care profession with a high quality training program for potential intensivists – a role we take seriously.
It is an exciting and interesting time to join the College as we work through a Digital Transformation Project, making The College more accessible and engaging for all of our stakeholders. We need talented people to bring our plans to life and continue the level of quality and efficiency of our programs for members and trainees.
We want people from diverse backgrounds and who bring different perspectives to join us. We employ around 40 people across a range of roles including administration, educators, communications, member services, event management, accounting and IT. Our offices are located in Prahran Victoria, but we also have people working in other locations around Australia.
